Job Description- Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the project
- Prepare a master schedule and in-charge of budget estimating for the project
- Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
- Overall, in charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the project; Manages project performance with regards to quality, schedule, innovation, cost control, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies, maintain customer requirements and expectations
- Organize his team of technical and administrative staff
- Supervise General contractors, sub-contractors, and various trade contractors and ensure these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives
- Provide solutions to on-site concerns and issues and make good decisions
- Ensure that materials, labor, and equipment utilization are maximized at the lowest cost
- Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at the site
- Prepares and submits reports periodically and on time
- Ensure that safety and quality programs are implemented diligently
- Formulate and implement site rules and regulations
Qualifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
- With at least 4 years of experience in the related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas
- With solid experience in managing housing projects
Salary : Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Job Description- Overall Responsibility: The Project Manager works across team markets to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Execute and track issue identification and resolution, and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams.
- Prepares checklist, materials and action flows for execution and completion of projects/packages solutions
- Communication, manage expectations and ensure alignment with Local team and Operations across each Markets
- Coordinate and oversee production deployment activities/projects
- Monitors and tracks project/deliveries regularly and prepares necessary updates and presentations in relation to the project
- Resolving any timing conflicts and solving problems to ensure smooth process
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management with a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to prioritize workload, work well under pressure and deliver high quality output that meets tight deadlines
- Ability to problem-solve and manage conflict
- Excellent judgement and negotiation abilities to deal with project and customer change requests
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
