Overview The Power Apps Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and project timelines. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving successful execution of complex projects involving Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related technologies. Responsibilities Project Delivery & Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Power Platform projects (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate). Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies. Technical Leadership: Oversee architecture and integration of Power Apps with Azure services, APIs, and external systems. Ensure adherence to SDLC and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines. Guide teams in implementing PowerApps Component Framework, AI Builder, and custom connectors. Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure app scalability and security. Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, and support. Team Enablement: Mentor developers and analysts on Power Platform best practices. Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 10+ years in technical delivery/project management; 7+ years in Power Platform development. Technical Proficiency: Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder integration. Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps. Certifications (preferred): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate. Soft Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Leadership and mentoring capabilities. Adaptability in fast-paced environments. Commitment to continuous learning. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications in project management or Power Platform are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
