Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiative vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead the development and presentation of the business case. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes. Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, platforms, and partners to design suitable solutions for the initiative. Help in evaluating tools and technologies to be used as part of the solution design/architecture. Develop execution strategy and maintain program backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Work closely with delivery teams to prioritize features and enhancements aligned to the execution strategy and timeline. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Uphold a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering value and ensuring product satisfaction. Manages ad hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time as needed by the business. Champions creation and maintenance of initiative reference materials such as product decks, process memos, contracts, trade letters, dashboard/reports and other supplementary product materials. Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors Proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to team members and management. Strong sense of ownership and accountability when leading projects. Thoughtfulness and thoroughness when participating in the design and evaluation activities. Systems thinking and an innovations mindset. Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO) is a plus. Delivers Initiative Vision and Roadmap: Developing and maintaining a clear vision for the initiative and outlining a roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market needs. Service/Product Backlog: Creating and managing a prioritized list of features, enhancements, and technical requirements for the initiative. User Stories and Specifications: Translating business requirements into detailed user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria that guide the development team. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and understanding of product requirements. Prioritization: Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionalities based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Sprint Planning and Review: Participating in sprint planning meetings to define the scope of work for each sprint and reviewing completed work during sprint reviews. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks or challenges in solutions development and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Progress Monitoring: Tracking and monitoring project progress, ensuring that deliverables align with timelines and quality standards. Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to product features, requirements, knowledge base, and changes for reference and future development. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seeking feedback, analyzing metrics, and optimizing product development processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
