The Role

We are seeking a Power Platform Functional Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design, configure, and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions — including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, you will translate requirements into scalable, practical solutions that drive value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges.
  • Design and configure solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
  • Develop model-driven and canvas apps, workflows, and automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery and integration.
  • Document functional requirements, solution designs, and end-user guides.
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure adoption and long-term success.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 capabilities.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in business, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related data migration processes is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn requirements into functional solutions.
