Overview

The HR-Generalist is responsible for all HR-related areas, developing and maintaining HR principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

Schedule: Night shift, Monday to Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM

Location: Onsite at Skytech IT Park, Clark

Job Description

  • Support operations by providing guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company processes and guidelines.
  • Maintain good relations with business partners and foster a positive company culture.
  • Manage employee cases and support engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with production managers regarding employee movements, promotions, layoffs, transfers, and resignations.
  • Handle employee relations concerns and determine disciplinary actions based on the company handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with HR solutions and procedures within the assigned business area.

  • Minimum 4 years of HR and administrative experience in the BPO/shared services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, commitment, and a can-do attitude.
  • Effective management and interpersonal skills across diverse organizational levels.
  • Experience in performance management, employee engagement, development, relations, and discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
