  • Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
