Key Responsibilities Supervise the preparation of monthly financial reports by consolidating data, and ensuring accuracy before submission for management review. Oversee reconciliation of transactions and financial data within the automated accounting system (SAP), ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards. Review and approve employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Review and sign off on routine financial correspondence, reports, and documentation prepared by staff. Interpret and communicate accounting guidelines and policies to staff, providing guidance in resolving operational and financial issues. Supervise daily operations of the unit: assign tasks, set priorities, monitor performance, and ensure completion of deliverables. Maintain quality and production standards by reviewing outputs, conducting accuracy checks, and monitoring overall unit performance. Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory reports (e.g., taxes, government contributions, and other regulatory requirements). Supervise payroll operations and payroll processing. Monitor banking activities, resolve discrepancies (e.g., fee anomalies, check variances), and coordinate with banks as needed. Review and provide input in preparing weekly budgets and forecasts to support management decision‑making. Oversee processes related to inventory cycles, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Coordinate and support internal and external audits; review documentation prepared by the team and address audit queries. Ensure implementation and compliance with internal financial controls and procedures. Review account analyses and financial reports prepared by the team, endorsing them for management use. Supervise monthly and year‑end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements for management reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage. At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities What to expect upon regularization?
