About the Role

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger management, financial reporting, payroll processing, and government compliance. This role requires a strong accounting foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). 
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and company cash flow.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory agencies as needed. 
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making. 
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. 
  • Handle statutory government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.). 
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. 

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role. 
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting systems (experience with QuickBooks is an advantage). 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine tax laws, payroll processing, and government compliance requirements. 
  • CPA certification strongly preferred.
