Accountant (Accounts Receivable) - Night Shift Location: Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Internet Publishing Responsibilities Assist in preparing month and quarter‑end financial closing in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. Manage own workflow, asking for assistance when necessary, according to experience and capabilities. Assist with the preparation of monthly internal and external reporting packages. Process employee expense reports. Record accounts payable and assist in weekly payment processing. Reconcile credit card expenses, ensuring proper approvals. Prepare accounts receivable invoices. Review and recommend accounting policies and processes. Assist in preparing for annual audits, including resolving audit issues and providing required information. Assist in preparing information for annual tax returns and R&D reporting. Monitor and assist in preparing any necessary state reporting and filings. Assist with payroll as necessary. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. Minimum 5 years of related accounting experience. Proficient computer skills, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize work. Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
