Job Description Account opening and modification, manage client account setup and updates per guidelines. Processing of client requests, handle and execute client instructions accurately and on time. Trade and settlement processing, such process trades and ensure timely, accurate settlement. Prepare and verify documents for accounts and transactions. Coordinate with internal and external parties, work with teams and partners to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Attention to detail, strong mathematical aptitude Ability to work under deadline or time pressure Good problem-solving skills and escalation judgement Excellent verbal and written communication skills Process-oriented and able to follow guidelines High proficiency of Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup/Xlookup) Good understanding of Financial instruments, knowledge of trade lifecycle and processes (clearing, settlements, reconciliation, corporate actions) a clear advantage Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business or Financial Management preferred 1-3 years of experience in a back-office, operations or settlement role in a financial institution preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
