Position Overview We are looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist to help manage billing, collections, and payment tracking for our U.S.-based law firm clients. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided. If you’re good with numbers, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer-based tasks, this role is a great way to build your career in finance and accounting within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor client accounts and track payments. Prepare, process, and follow up on invoices. Communicate with clients regarding billing and collections. Maintain accurate financial records and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper payment posting. Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Fresh graduates and applicants with no prior accounting experience are welcome. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other computer applications. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
