Position Overview:
We are looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist to help manage billing, collections, and payment tracking for our U.S.-based law firm clients. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided. If you're good with numbers, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer-based tasks, this role is a great way to build your career in finance and accounting within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor client accounts and track payments.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on invoices.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper payment posting.
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates and applicants with no prior accounting experience are welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
