Position Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist to help manage billing, collections, and payment tracking for our U.S.-based law firm clients. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided. If you're good with numbers, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer-based tasks, this role is a great way to build your career in finance and accounting within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client accounts and track payments.
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on invoices.
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing and collections.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper payment posting.
  • Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates and applicants with no prior accounting experience are welcome.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
