If you're driven, passionate about learning, and ready to make an impact, we'd love for you to join our growing team of MVPs Accounts Receivable Specialist (WFH) Job Description Manage accounts receivable using accounting software and other programs Collate, code, post and reconcile accounts receivable in a timely and professional manner. Complete the weekly cash at bank reconciliations. Create and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure account collection. Apply cash payments in accounts receivable. Reconcile customers/vendors account balances. Provide and assist in the coordination with external organizations that have dealings with the company. Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts. Engage in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge. Other duties may be assigned or required for the performance of this position. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field. 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable and General Accounting experience. Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Navision, Business Central, Oracle, Salesforce.com is a plus. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports. Advanced working knowledge of Excel. Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications; including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Self-starter and able to work both independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision, and able to accept direction on given assignments. Ablility to work collaboratively and effectively with others. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
