Importation Coordinator Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for an Importation Coordinator to oversee and execute end-to-end importation activities for our construction materials, including boards and cement. The role ensures that all import shipments comply with local regulations, documentation standards, and company timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling logistics and import processes within the construction supplies or similar industries. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field. Preferably with 2–3 years of experience in importation or logistics coordination , ideally from the construction materials or related industries. Strong knowledge of customs procedures, documentation, and HS code classifications. Familiarity with shipment tracking, import permits, and freight coordination. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience in ERP systems is an advantage. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
