Accounts Payable Assistant Playmate Leisure Solutions Corp. is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Assistant to support our finance department in the Philippine online gaming marketplace. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and assisting with financial reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the AP Accountant/Specialist in processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and monitoring expenses. Help prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements per company and legal guidelines. Strengthen vendor relationships through timely payments and invoice review. Perform invoice and general‑ledger data entry and update financial data in databases. Prepare journal entries, account analysis, and tax‑related documentation. Assist with tax filings, audits, accounts receivable updates, reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. Process payment vouchers and support other accounting projects and administrative tasks. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent with good scholastic record. 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable. Experience with accounting software and online platforms; QuickBooks proficiency an advantage. Strong adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and good analytical/problem‑solving skills. Proactive, organized, able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good moral character and work ethics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. JOB TYPE & BENEFITS Fixed term.
