Using various support and e-commerce platforms, you'll manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions. Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone. Resolve issues related to orders, products, and accounts with empathy and efficiency. Become an expert on the brands you support, providing informed and thoughtful assistance. Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service. Who We're Looking For We\'re Seeking a Reliable Professional Who Has At least 1 year of experience in a remote customer-facing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or help desks like Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar is a big plus.
