The impact you’ll make in the team With our mission to provide one billion jobs across the globe, we are in need of Customer Experience Specialists who’ll be willing to take our company to the next level As a sneak peak of behind the scenes, you’ll be able to: Provide exceptional customer service through email or live chat sessions at all times Handle and investigate customer issues and recommend solutions. Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users. Solve issues using a variety of mediums, including email, chat, and phone. Interact with our customer support and financial operations team on a regular basis. Turn customer service into customer acquisition. Handle sensitive and complex support issues as well as escalated issues.
