Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships, and increasing revenue. The role includes expanding the company’s client base and market reach through:

Job description : The Business Development Officer works with the department Head/Team Head in developing product plans and strategies to drive the profitability of Cash Management products and services to achieve overall objectives of the organization. He/She handles initiatives for assigned Cash Management products and services.

- At least two (2) years’ experience in the areas of business development, product management, project management, preferably in the banking industry

What You will be doing :
- Manage information in CRM and cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- Help the team meet its sales goal
- Prepare sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials
- Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned
What You Must Possess :
- 2+ years’ of sales or account management experience
- SaaS sales experience preferred but not required
- Type A personality (high achiever, ambitious, strong-willed)
- Knowledge of Real Estate (good-to-have)
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills

Job Summary:
- Performs all aspects of market analysis, promotion, sales and support of all Medtek product lines
- Prepares plans and ensures attainment of targets, especially on new products and new customers
- Creates product demand through promotional activities and new customers
- Prepares reports (daily activity, itinerary, expense, monthly highlights) for assigned territory
- Prepare and follow systematic sales call plans; respects territorial sales map
- Assist in product deliveries and ensure collection of sold products
- Establish customer relationships and provide professional customer service
Job Specifications :
- Education: Graduate of Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in Sales/Marketing
- Skills: Excellent communication; strong sales & marketing capabilities; driving ability
- Licensing: Nursing or Medical Technology board pass (preferred); valid driver’s license
- Other: Willing to travel and be assigned to other areas
