General Scope Of The Job To ensure the efficient management of the company’s supplier payment process. In This Role You Will Responsible for Global and Third Party trade supplier accounts in addition to Japan trade suppliers. Receive, verify and enter trade invoices into the accounting system. Reconcile suppliers’ accounts and resolve disputed cases with proper approvals. Update & maintain suppliers’ records as required. Prepare and issue payments as per credit agreement. Coordinate with banking team to ensure payments are made on time. Activate new suppliers in DOTW Connect as requested by Product Team. Provide support to AP Team Leader. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Competencies With good Communication and Interpersonal skills Problem solving and Analytical skills Precision and attention to detail Key elements to this role include, but not limited to 2 to 3 - year work experience within a Finance Department Communication and Writing in Japan Significant reconciliation experience Basic understanding of Accountancy Good English skills (verbal and written) Can work with shifting schedules/holidays/weekends Willing to work in Mandaluyong City Willing to start ASAP Why choose us as your next destination?
