What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales and Growth: Expand our presence in key accounts by meeting sales targets, ensuring product availability, and negotiating trade agreements.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with distributors, trade partners, and support teams to meet business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Execute Trade Marketing Activities: Implement promotions, product sampling, and merchandising strategies to increase visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor Performance: Track account profitability, trade spending, and adherence to agreements while providing regular updates to management.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Gather Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to guide strategic decisions.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG and people management experience preferred.
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications for reporting and planning.
  • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
