Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Receive and process incoming documents* Audit all contract documents for data accuracy and compliance with various state, regulatory, and underwriting requirements.* Identify discrepancies and inaccuracies that prevent contract eligibility for securitization, flag accounts that violate documented business rules, and assist with resolution of these discrepancies.* Perform research and bring to resolution any missing or failed image issues.* Meet department production and quality expectations.* Additional duties may involve escrow functions, lender and status code updates.* Stay up to date with corporate and departmental policies, use appropriate discretion with confidential information and communication, and complete ad-hoc projects and assignments as requested by management.* Audit contracts for accuracy and compliance with state, regulatory and underwriting requirements, across all brands.* Create/update checklist sheets.* Research and resolve missing image issues.* Report team dashboards.* Performs other duties as needed.**MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS*** High School Diploma or GED equivalent* College Degree Preferred but not required* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong analytical skills* Ability to be detailed, accurate and thorough* Ability to multitask and adapt to changes and a demanding work environment* Must possess good time management and organizational skills* Dedication to providing exceptional customer service* Deadline conscious with strong drive and initiative* Basic computer skills required in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
