
HR Recruitment Supervisor

As the HR Recruitment Supervisor, you will play a critical role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent to support our company's growth. You will oversee the recruitment team, ensuring best practices are followed, and that the hiring process is efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in recruitment within the same industry (Paper, Diaper, FMCG only non-Food).
