Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bacolod for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, including managing expense reports, providing executive support, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. Daily responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and assisting with day-to-day operations to support the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
