Job Description

GOBRO PH Outsourcing Inc. is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our growing team This position is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who want to begin a career in marketing. If you're passionate about digital marketing, branding, and connecting with audiences, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to enhance brand visibility and help generate leads.
  • Produce engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support strategy development.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest ways to improve results.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in or near Bacolod (remote setup available).
  • Open to fresh graduates; prior marketing experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and basic design or content tools.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Preferably a graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or related courses.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Minimum Technical Requirements (for remote work):

  • Computer: Intel i5 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen equivalent or higher
  • RAM: Minimum 8GB (16GB recommended)
  • Headset: Noise-canceling (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • UPS or power backup to prevent work interruptions
