Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
  • Work with our sales team to boost brand awareness and support lead generation
  • Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Research trends, customer behavior, and competitors to help shape strategies
  • Track campaign results and recommend improvements
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and marketing team on creative projects

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in or near Bacolod (remote work available)
  • Open to fresh grads – experience in marketing is a plus, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with social media and basic content/design tools
  • Proactive, creative, and excited to learn
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar fields preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Minimum Technical Requirements (for remote work):

  • Computer: Intel i5 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen equivalent or higher
  • RAM: Minimum 8GB (16GB recommended)
  • Headset: Noise-canceling (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • UPS or power backup to prevent work interruptions
