Communicating with in-house counsel and other legal department stakeholders. Review contract requests in detail for completeness and accuracy. Communicate via email and/or telephone with legal and business stakeholders to gather required information. Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures. Preparing ad hoc reports per request from business clients. Updating metadata in the contract repository per request from business clients. Candidate must be a qualified attorney in at least 1 jurisdiction. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Having 1-4 years of commercial contract/drafting experience. Must be able to multitask, organize, plan, and prioritize work and activities, as well as monitor production, processes, and related materials. Must be detail-oriented, able to quickly and accurately process and analyze information, and be able to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.
