We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative who excels in communication, empathy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage interactions across phone, chat, and email with professionalism and care. As the voice of our brand for our Spanish-speaking clients , you will play a vital role in ensuring each customer feels valued, supported, and understood. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media . Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure full resolution. Assist customers with order processing, product information, account inquiries, and service issues . Maintain accurate and organized customer records , tracking interactions and reporting recurring issues to improve service. Collaborate with internal departments such as Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to enhance the overall customer experience. Translate or review written materials (e.g., FAQs, automated messages, and customer emails) when required. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and communication for better service outcomes. Requirements Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, contact center, or similar client-facing roles. Strong communication, problem-solving , and organizational abilities. Reliable computer or laptop with updated software and high-speed internet connection . Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for remote work. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
