Responsibilities Appraisal and Collateral Sets off to various collateral sites Conducts appraisal of various collateral/property Gauges the credibility ofthe borrower, sources of income, payment capacity, past and existing loans, nature of employment and other assets are taken into account Comes up with accurate and most fair valuation of collateral Credit Investigation Conducts on-site visit for credit investigation Comes up with accurate and unbiased report on client’s credit standing based on the result of CI Others Processes annotation of mortgages Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs and other professional development work Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements Graduate of any four (4) year college course At least two (2) years experience in related field Knowledgeable in Credit Appraisal and Investigation Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite #J-18808-Ljbffr
