Role Overview

The Customer Lifecycle Manager is crucial in driving revenue through marketing, analyzing customer lifecycle insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement strategies based on FWD Life Loop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer lifecycle management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven record of enhancing customer lifetime value.

  1. Develop and Implement Customer Lifecycle Strategies and Initiatives: Design and execute strategies to manage the customer journey from acquisition to retention, ensuring engagement and seamless experience.
  2. Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, product development, customer experience, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer management and loyalty initiatives.
  4. Customer and Business Insights: Use data analysis to understand customer behavior and preferences, translating insights into actionable strategies to improve experience and satisfaction. Collect and interpret customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  5. Brand Target Metrics: Achieve relevant brand metrics through targeted lifecycle campaigns and communications aligned with marketing goals.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs such as CLTV to evaluate strategy effectiveness and refine processes based on data and feedback.
