About the job Digital Marketing Manager (IB- -FTDMM) Position: Digital Marketing Manager Number of hours: 40 hours/week Schedule: Central Time Tasks required: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Design, build and maintain the client’s social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content Set up and/or optimize company pages within each platform to increase the company's social content visibility Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience Review site content, conversion funnels, analytics and statistics to make recommendations for new and creative growth strategies Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned Requirements: At least 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a relevant experience is highly preferred Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Must have deep knowledge with Google GA4 and Google Tag Manager Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a digital marketing team Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) In-depth knowledge of CRM and various social media platforms and their best practices Experience with managing B2B and B2C campaigns Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns Excellent knowledge of modern HTML/CSS Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Good English communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
