DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER (INTRAMUROS CAMPUS) Job Overview The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and strengthen the University's digital presence. Primary Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing plans aligned with the University’s enrollment and brand objectives. Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across various platforms (e.g., paid search, SEO, PPC, display, and remarketing). Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling creatives, messaging, and campaign assets. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS. Social Media & Website Management Oversee the University's social media presence across platforms, in collaboration with the internal marketing team. Execute a social media content calendar aimed at boosting brand awareness and audience engagement. Ensure consistent and strategic messaging across all digital channels. Manage and continuously improve the University website’s usability, content, design, and SEO performance. Analytics, Reporting & Market Research Generate monthly reports on campaigns’ performance Review and evaluate customer research, market conditions, media trends, and competitor data Review and evaluate emerging digital technology and media trends to keep the University at the forefront of developments in digital marketing Qualifications A. Education : Holds at least a Bachelor’s Degree. Certificates in Digital Marketing is an advantage (Programmatic advertising, Social media marketing, E-Commerce) B. Required Skills/Competencies : Web/digital advertising, social media management, customer relationship management, web analytics, data analysis, knowledge of creative media, computer fluency, and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Power BI) and data analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics). Highly creative and innovative, displays attention to details, with sound judgement, and with good coordination and communication skills. C. Work Experience : A. Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant work experience with emphasis on web/social media marketing, strategic marketing, e-commerce, search engine optimization, customer relations management, digital advertising. Work experience in a digital agency is a plus.
