Overview As a Junior Project Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various projects across our organization. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates, particularly those with a background in industrial engineering, MIS, or similar fields, who are looking to launch their career in project management and analysis. Duties and Responsibilities Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues for stakeholders. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including process maps and workflows. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project workflows. Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support to project managers and senior analysts as needed, contributing to the overall success of project initiatives. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, MIS, or a related field. Experience : Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization. Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in project management and analysis.
