We’re looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Reference Data Services Analyst 1 – Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Reference Data Services Analyst 1 – C09) based in BGC Taguig, Philippines. This is a trainee professional role that supports data remediation and related activities under supervision, with development opportunities and exposure to senior leaders. Responsibilities Remediates data in the Clients and Security Coding systems Performs trend analysis and identifies root causes; implements or suggests solutions based on the root cause analysis Liaises with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated Provides a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders Owns ad-hoc projects from inception through to completion Provides tangible metrics to Management Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for Citi’s reputation and safeguarding clients and assets; drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations; escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency Makes first-level processing with training on second-level review to follow Performs User Acceptance Testing with occasional weekend release testing as part of a team Qualifications University degree or equivalent industry experience preferable English verbal and written skills required to a high standard Experience managing various data remediation work streams and project knowledge Experience maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment Takes ownership of allocated work and is accountable Able to identify, troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed Financial services related qualifications Knowledge of SSI (Standard Settlement Instruction) and SWIFT messages Working at Citi is more than a job.
