This is a remote position.

The Operations Manager plays a key role in driving the overall efficiency of the company. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating daily operations while ensuring that organizational goals are consistently met. The role involves managing personnel and resources, streamlining workflows, and implementing strategies that promote productivity and cost-effectiveness. The Operations Manager also monitors performance, identifies areas for improvement, and ensures that all tasks and projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, drive performance, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure all operations align with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Monitor performance through data analysis, initiate corrective actions, and recommend improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies, investigate shortfalls, and design improvement strategies.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality standards across all services and projects.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, conduct regular 1-on-1s, and ensure accountability for timely, accurate work.
  • Create comprehensive SOPs and serve as an expert in Google Sheets and workflow management tools.
  • Review projects for upsell opportunities, call out potential breakdowns (e.g., order/automation issues), and resolve them proactively.
  • Become highly knowledgeable in the company’s full range of service offerings and align operational insights with company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with management trends and process optimization practices, introducing new tactics that optimize operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role with experience in process optimization, compliance, and strategic operations management.
  • Strong ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams, with experience in performance management, coaching, and regular evaluations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating strategies and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of business management principles, operational best practices, and organizational strategy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite, with demonstrated expertise in Google Sheets and complex spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess challenges, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Ability to set long-term goals and develop scalable processes that align with company growth.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience in service delivery and quality assurance, with a track record of identifying upselling opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Passion for staying up to date with emerging operational practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a related field.
