How You Will Contribute Be the subject matter expert who will work closely with the markets OTC on process enhancements. One point of contact to the OTC teams, understanding their process pain points, propose solutions to simplify, automate and standardize the process. Support and drive AMEA OTC functional agenda in collaboration with the global and enterprise towers. Implement necessary input, in-process and output metrics, scorecards and KPI’s to ensure success tracking. Drive improvement plans for key KPIs (No Touch, CFR and OTIF). Excel customer service metrics and targets, service levels, efficiency, sustainability, business, sales. Work with cross functional teams to bring better efficiency and process enhancements. Measure performance across Order to Cash and collaborate with the countries to identify & implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase performance and reduce the number of touches to orders & invoices. Ensuring the correct process, systems & capability within Order to Cash as well as customer collaboration framework to best serve our customers. Lead Sustainability Plan for OTC processes, including ongoing training, assessment, internal audit and reviews. With Strong Knowledge of foundational supply chain related processes across the end to end supply chain, ready to step in with coaching, counsel and training to reinforce good business practices and processes. Partnership with Accenture on delivering best in class Order to Cash management. Support S4 Hana requirements and discussions as voice of AMEA markets. Career Experience Required Bachelor’s degree Strong knowledge of foundational supply chain related processes across the end-to-end supply chain (at least 8 years) Experience working with remote and multi-country teams Experience in Continuous Improvement and managing projects Working knowledge and experience in end to end Order to Cash business processes Knowledge of SAP OTC and interfaces to Trade Management, Sales Management and APO Knowledge of emerging technologies and solutions in response to downstream data Able to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumen Fluent in English Min 8-10 years of experience in general/basic background in functional area Min 5-8 years of experience in Order to Cash Experience in Change and Execution Management No relocation support available Business Unit Summary Headquartered in Singapore, Mondelēz International’s Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region is comprised of six business units, has more than 21,000 employees and operates in more than 27 countries including Australia, China, Indonesia, Ghana, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.
