Overview Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist role responsible for managing internal and external teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of new applications, enhancements to existing applications, and maintenance of corporate technology systems, aligned with business objectives to maximize value. Responsibilities Manage internal and external teams to deliver new applications, enhancements, and maintenance of corporate technology systems in alignment with business objectives. Create and review conceptual and logical business solution designs for BAU and replication of business requirements, based on best practices and standards. Ensure SAP systems remain robust, stable, and secure. Evaluate and enhance system performance and efficiency through process design improvements, workflow optimization, architectural analysis, and technological support. Provide guidance on the design, implementation, and monitoring of system enhancements and changes, supporting all core business functions and integrating other systems. Assess information system solution requests from business users, including hardware, software, and network connectivity requirements. Coordinate with work teams and support project planning, fostering collaboration among Systems Analysts, Programmers, and users for effective design and implementation. Maintain expert-level knowledge of SAP functional modules and related delivery methodologies. Qualifications Relevant experience in SAP MM. Proven experience in leading complex enterprise projects.
