Responsibilities

  • Manages internal and external teams to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of new applications, enhancements to existing applications, and maintenance of corporate technology systems, aligned with business objectives to maximize value.
  • Creates and reviews conceptual and logical business solution designs for BAU (Business-As-Usual) and replication of business requirements, based on best practices and standards.
  • Ensures SAP systems remain robust, stable, and secure.
  • Evaluates and enhances system performance and efficiency through process design improvements, workflow optimization, architectural analysis, and technological support.
  • Provides guidance and advice on the design, implementation, and monitoring of system enhancements and changes, supporting all core business functions of PLDT and integrating other systems.
  • Assesses requests for information system solutions from business users, covering hardware, software, and network connectivity requirements to meet functional needs.
  • Coordinates with work teams and supports project planning, establishing a collaborative environment with development tools that synchronize activities among Systems Analysts, Programmers, and users for effective application design and implementation.
  • Maintains expert-level knowledge of SAP functional modules and related delivery methodologies.
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in one or more ERP functional or business process areas (e.g., Financial and Controlling – FICO).
  • Proven experience in leading complex enterprise projects.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a team lead.
