ERIC Implementation Specialist at Jupiter Systems, Inc. The ERIC Implementation Specialist (ERIC IS) will be trained as a certified professional and be responsible in installation and implementation of the ERIC ERP system. The ERIC ERP is a comprehensive and state of the art ERP system covering financial, distribution, manufacturing and personnel software applications. Responsibilities Project Scoping: Work closely with Sales and Business Development key people and attend meetings with clients to identify scope of their implementation requirements. Data Gathering. Consulting: Identify and translate customer requirements into solutions; Must learn detailed knowledge of industry’s best practices. Facilitate End‑User Training and User Acceptance Test: Conduct training with key users; Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on ERIC products to clients and team‑members; Provide on‑site client support. Project Documentation, Analysis, and Reports: Must be able to work on multiple projects and efficiently implement ERIC successfully; Document and validate business requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. At least 6 months of working experience is preferred; Fresh graduates welcome to apply. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent customer relations with good service orientation.
