Overview

Unify CX is looking for an extraordinary HR Generalist to join our team. This role supports the Philippines site with the implementation and delivery of best-practice, customer-focused HR systems, services, and solutions, with emphasis on general administrative services and employee relations. The HR Generalist also supports the HR Management team in delivering critical HR processes and business-related initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Philippines site with implementation and delivery of HR systems, services, and solutions focused on general administrative services and employee relations.
  • Manage labor relations and advise management on labor-related matters to promote a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations; ensure policies and practices align with legal requirements, wage and hour regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and safety standards.
  • Investigate and address employee grievances related to labor disputes, workplace conditions, and contract violations; collaborate with Operations and legal teams to resolve issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and report labor-related data, trends, and metrics; use data to recommend improvements and reduce disputes; analyze survey data and develop action plans.
  • Maintain employee records and reports on engagement metrics; share insights and recommendations with HR and senior management.
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resources. Registered Nurse
  • At least 3–5 years of general HR experience
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and implementing guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work onsite
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience handling multiple HR functions (employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, timekeeping and payroll support, performance management)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact with all levels of employees and management
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid setup per company policy
  • HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, PHRi) are an advantage but not required
