Your Role

As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will

  • Manage, maintain, and update the roster timetable in accordance with staff and client requirements
  • Develop and maintain a cost-effective roster within a dedicated portfolio of clients
  • Ensure rostering adheres to all applicable compliance regulations and legislation
  • Escalate operational issues and incidents, including report writing
  • Coordinate after-hours static guarding services
  • Enter data into proprietary operating systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments
  • Identify risks and deliverables, and manage these effectively
  • Provide timely analysis and reporting to support the Operations Manager and National Operations Centre
  • Reconcile and report on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Uphold OH&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors
What You Need
  • Experience in operations, scheduling, or coordination roles in the Security / Defense Industry
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster
  • Experience in a high-volume call/Operations Centre environment is desirable
  • Demonstrable computer literacy
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including customer service and conflict resolution
  • Strong written communication skills, including incident report writing
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a high-paced team environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to think laterally and solve problems
  • Professional and courteous phone manner
