Job Purpose
- Responsible for effective and efficient planning, implementation and coordination of production delivery schedule for both in-housed and tolled products while managing Materials and Finished Goods Inventory.

Role Title: Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) Support - Fixed Term Contract for 12 months
Overview
Manage per SKU inventory across 31 depots ensuring we have the right SKU mix at any given time to hit 95.5% Dispatch Rate while maintaining lowest possible Cold Storage and Primary Freight Cost. Generates Inventory Analytics reports to guide action plans.
Daily Expected Work:
- Update inventory data per SKU per depot and address critical SKUs ASAP
- Laydown and confirm loading schedule for the following day
- Create loading mix per truck based on latest inventory and forecast
- Create STOs (SAP PO) for the trucks to be loaded the following day
- Download and analyze OOS per depot per day
- Send daily stop booking advice to CD per depot
- Monitor SKUs for depletion and Non-moving SKUs
- Compute number of trucks to be loaded per depot per week
- Optimize Kinaxis in depot replenishment; if Kinaxis is unavailable, find alternatives
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in Supply Chain
- Familiar with SAP functionalities; digitization enthusiast
- Strong understanding of Inventory Planning and Material Planning
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional departments
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset; comfortable handling large data sets
- Able to adapt to fixed-term contract of 12 months
- Willing to work on Saturdays or Sundays as needed
