About the Role Internal Audit is seeking to expand its digital reporting capability and capacity to enhance risk insight and assurance coverage via innovative reporting solutions. To achieve this, we need a talented full stack developer to work alongside the Data Analytics team and contribute directly to the development of the front and back end for various reporting solutions including delivering re-usable components, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring security, performance, and stability. Be part of a fun, knowledgeable and high-achieving team International and diverse work atmosphere Excellent learning and development opportunities Role location : Solaris One Building, Makati and/or MDC 100 Building, Eastwood QCRole Type : Permanent, Full-timeSchedule : DayshiftWork arrangement : Hybrid Responsibilities Work hand in hand with the Internal Audit team to deliver data insights to stakeholders via innovative reporting solutions Maintain and augment existing IA digital products via delivery of new features and bug fixes Providing thought leadership on standards, best practices and technology stack Collaborate with various stakeholders to explore new initiatives Coach and upskill other team members Be an advocate for user experience whilst ensuring solutions are secure, high quality and reliable What will you bring? / Qualifications To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Strong proficiency at translating business requirements into tangible solutions through functional code Strong proficiency at developing applications in React and .NET Proficiency GIT source control skills Experience and/or knowledge of Node.js, IIS and SQL Experience working with BI software such as Qlik Sense and/or Cloud (GCP/AWS) a nice to have (but not essential) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivation and a creative with a drive to deliver high quality code Ability to learn quickly and willingness to learn any new technology You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
