Overview Global Talent Pipeline Development Officer @ TOA Global | Intermediate Accountant. Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday. Location: Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone, Central Luzon, Philippines. TOA Global Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone, Central Luzon, Philippines Our client is a global accounting services provider supporting clients across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines. This role focuses on delivering high-quality accounting services, managing a portfolio of clients, preparing financial statements, and completing tax compliance work for a range of entities. Key Responsibilities Bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance and bookkeeping Balance sheet reconciliations; accounts payable/receivable management Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts Processing up to trial balance and preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts and reports Preparation of superannuation and income projections Completion and posting of daily timesheets Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts; verify, allocate, post, reconcile transactions, resolve discrepancies Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; prepare a trial balance; reconcile entries Protect organization by keeping information confidential Reconcile asset holdings and process corporate actions Facilitate open communication between junior staff and management to ensure targets are met Manually match remaining transactions and create rules for recurring transactions Qualifications At least 3 years of work experience in Australian accounting Previous experience with an Australian public practice/accounting firm Knowledge of Australian financials preparation (BAS, IAS, FBT Returns) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and well-organized What’s in it for you?
