Job Description

This isn’t a typical CRM administrator role. We are looking for a Zoho CRM Specialist to be the technical and operational backbone of our patient journey. You will not only build and optimize our systems but also use them to provide high-touch, empathetic support to our patients. Summary of Role

As the Zoho CRM Specialist, you are the ultimate owner of the systems that power our patient experience. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our entire Zoho tech stack while also acting as a key communication link to our patients. Your role is a unique fusion of deep technical expertise and high-touch empathetic support. You will use your mastery of Zoho to create sophisticated automations and dashboards, and then leverage those tools to ensure every patient receives timely, compassionate, and effective communication.

Your Impact & What You'll Do
  • Architect Our Patient Experience Engine on Zoho: You will be our in-house expert, building and managing custom automations, workflows, and dashboards within the Zoho platform. Your work will be the foundation of our patient communication and data management.
  • Serve as a Compassionate Patient Advocate: You will be a primary point of contact for patients, conducting instant warm lead outreach via SMS and email within a strict 15-minute SLA and providing clear, empathetic support throughout their journey.
  • Leverage AI for Smarter Engagement: You will utilize AI-generated call summaries and insights to formulate actionable next steps, applying sentiment-based prioritization to ensure the most critical patient needs are addressed first.
  • Drive Strategy Through Data: You will own our reporting, interpreting stage-by-stage conversion rates and other key metrics. Your analysis of CAC and ROI will provide the strategic insights that guide our growth and improve the patient funnel.
