Overview Job Title: Jr. Contract Administrator About the Client: Managed Office Provider, offering a comprehensive portfolio of IT, Print, Cloud and Security solutions for organizations across the country. We are looking for a detail-driven professional to manage and support maintenance contracts and customer account records. This role includes auditing setups, processing quotes and invoices, and ensuring accuracy in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in contracts, billing, or E-Automate is a plus. Responsibilities Audit the setup of Maintenance Contracts Setting up new customer account records and correct existing accounts as needed Process requested Upgrade and buyout quotes Process MACs Utilize internal resources to pull original sales and leasing paperwork as requested Provide contract invoices as requested Qualifications At least 2 years of relevant work experience (required) Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume queues Previous contract or billing experience - a plus Previous industry experience - a plus E-Automate experience - a plus Schedule: 10am to 7pm PH time, Mon-Fri Setup: Remote Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits packageHMO Day 1 + FREE dependent coverage De minimis and allowances Attendance bonus Paid time offs Company-provided work setup (laptop, monitor, accessories) Training, career growth, and global exposure A collaborative and supportive team culture If you\'re a motivated, client-focused professional who\'s ready to grow with a company that values people and performance, we\'d love to hear from you.
