Role Position: Administrative Assistant This role is for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills. You will support daily operations, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure efficient administrative workflows for our client. Location & Environment Location: Colombia – Remote Environment: Colombian and International Teams Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST Language & Employment Language: Advanced English (B2+ to C1) Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required Experience in an administrative assistant or remote assistant role Strong computer aptitude with: Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Canva, Zoom, Dropbox, Asana, Calendly, Doodle, Skype, Slack, Trello, Adobe Acrobat, LastPass, LinkedIn, CRMs; familiarity with AI and automation tools Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills Attention to detail; analytical and data management capabilities Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed Responsibilities Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings Manage communications: phone calls, email correspondence, and internal/external messaging Prepare and organize documents (reports, memos, office files) Data entry, data management, and record-keeping Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars Assist in client relationship management and reception duties Support regular reports and coordination of projects as needed Develop and follow processes to streamline workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
