Job Description
On-site - Taguig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time
Responsibilities- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Workspace is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
