Position Overview MCI is a fast‑growing tech‑enabled business services company that delivers Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything‑as‑a‑Service (XaaS) cloud solutions across many industries. Position Responsibilities Manage a complicated and busy schedule for senior‑level managers, including calendar coordination and travel arrangements. Perform planning, logistics, and operations work to support executive teams. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, event/meeting planning, filing, mail handling, and correspondence processing. Coordinate individual and group travel, including procurement and logistics duties. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and appropriate judgment. Organize meetings, summits, and other executive events from start to finish. Screen phone calls, screen correspondence, prepare documents, bill payment, and keep records. Handle various errands as needed and maintain a personal action list to drive proactive status updates. Be comfortable with Chief of Staff level duties, project management, and procurement responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Managing a complicated and busy schedule. Providing administrative support in a variety of capacities, including data entry, assisting with the completion of assigned projects, event/meeting planning, filing, mail handling, and processing of letters/correspondence. Organizing meetings and summits from start to finish. Screening phone calls, screening correspondence, preparing documents, paying bills, and keeping records. Handling various errands as needed. Creating and maintaining personal action items, to‑do list, and follow‑up to keep pro‑actively status updates. Be comfortable with Chief of Staff level duties and/or Project Management. Be comfortable with procurement and/or logistics level duties. Candidate Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (BPO preferred). Excellent command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent judgment handling confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task. High‑speed internet connection (download speed of 20 Mbps+). The employee will be largely sedentary and required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects; move objects from place to place; hold onto objects; and exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
