Operations Manager

Established in 2018, Hyperbrands Corporation provides end-to-end business solutions to FMCG brands in the Philippines. Our current business is in the distribution, marketing, and retailing of pet care products. We own and operate the local Social Media accounts and official E-Commerce Flagship Stores and distribute nationwide through a network of the country's top retailers, regional distributors, and local pet shops. Some brands under us are:Dentalight, Moochie, Fresh Friends, Purry, Natura Nourish, Petter Care, and Jerky Time.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Inventory Management
• Maintain stock accuracy, sufficiency, and security across warehouse, fulfillment, and consignment areas.
• Oversee proper forecasting and ordering to ensure stock availability.
• Facilitate monthly physical counts and ensure compliance with security protocols.

2. Process Improvement & Efficiency

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations, including ordering, inbounding, storage, packing, outbounding, returns, and handling of damages.
• Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

3. Data Analysis & Procurement Support

• Analyze sales and procurement data to assist in accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with procurement to minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, and product expirations.

4. Facilities & Compliance

• Support the maintenance, upkeep, and expansion of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Safeguard uninterrupted operational capacity through proactive facility management.
• Manage operations personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
• Identify skill gaps and help provide training or coaching for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of operations or supply chain experience, preferably in FMCG and/or e-commerce.
• Strong background in warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics.
• Proficient in data analysis tools.
• Experience in cost optimization.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Adaptable, analytical, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methods is a plus.
