Overview

Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, WFH/Remote

Working Hours: Possibly 8 AM to 5 PM EST, may adjust by a 1-hour difference

Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform follow ups for event attendees via phone, text, and email.
  • Perform tasks as executive assistant of CEO.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as appointment setter of biz dev targeting CEOs of SMBs
  • Must have B2B experience (required)
  • Must be familiar with CRM tools such as Hubspot
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience working with US companies & working US hours
  • Must have a pleasant personality
  • Must be a self-starter and reliable
  • Candidates must be prepared to make 50 or more calls per day
  • Ability to meet or exceed a conversion rate of at least 5 conversions per week
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, as micromanagement will not be provided. Candidates should be trustworthy and capable of completing tasks independently.
